Anna Dzialak Savytska (Ukraine/Switzerland) – Violin / Chamber Music / Contemporary Music
At the age of 35 Anna Dzialak Savytska is one of the most sought after violinists of her generation. Equally praised by audiences and critics for her exquisite musicality and expresivity, Anna has been catching the attention of today’s most important conductors. Winner of twelve international competitions: Prix Mercure (1995), Niregyhazi Competition (1996), Bela Bartok Prize (1997), Yfrah Neamann Competition (1997), Romano Romanini (1999), Viotti Valsesia (1999), Lorenzo Perosi (2000), Vaclav Huml (2001), Pablo de Sarasate (2003) and the Thessaloniki Chamber Music Competition (2004 ,2006 and 2010), she has received numerous national and international awards, among them the New Names of Ukraine (1992-1996), Asahi Shinbun Prize(1996), Herbert von Karajan Scolarship (2001), Composers Prize in Hungary, France and Croatia(1997-2002), Yamaha Music Award (2004), and Ukrainian Music Award after which being offered a concert tour around the world in major halls.
Anna Dzialak Savytska studied with legendary Prof. Dora Schwarzberg in Vienna’s Music University and in Lviv National Music Academy with Prof. Vladimir Zaransky. She visited Masterclasses under the supervision of Pierre Amoyal, Valentine Berlinsky, Michael Frischenschlager, Igor Ozim and Ana Chumachenco. Most recently Maestro Vladimir Spivakov has become her mentor caring about her musical and artistical development and her proffessional career.
Since she is ten, she has been performing with leading orchestras, including Beethoven Orchestra Bonn, Sinfonia Warsowia, National Symphonie Orchestra of Ukraine, Ukrainian Radio-TV Orchestra, Vienna University Orchestra, Croatian Symphonie Orchestra, Orchestra de Euskadi, Orchestre Philharmonique du Maroc, Bilbao Symphonie Orchestra and all the major orchestras in Ukraine under batons like those of Roman Kofmann, Vladimir Sirenko, Aydar Toribayev, Fabrice Gregorutti, Pavle Despalj, Enrique Garcia among many others.
Anna Dzialak Savytska has appeared in some of Europe’s most prestigious concert halls like Wiener Konzerthaus, Wiener Musikverein, Kölner Philharmonie, Beethoven Haus Bonn, Baluarte and Theatro Gayarre in Pamplona, Auditorio Nacional de Madrid, Auditorio Nacional de Zaragoza, Mozartova Bertramka in Prague,Great Hall of the Philharmonie and Hermitage Theater in St.Petersburg, Warsaw Philharmonic Great Hall and most important halls in Ukraine, and at some festivals like Dubrovnik Summer Music Festival, 2Days-2Nights Contemporary Music Festival, The Contrasts, Kyiv-Music-Fest, The Internation Ukrainian Music Days in Poland, etc. Most of these concerts were Radio and TV broadcast.
